DAPHNE - Institute of Applied Ecology is an organization with long experience in nature conservation and management. DAPHNE  offers a professional and responsible approach guaranted by large team of specialists, a broad scope and perfect knowledge of issues - from botany and zoology through applied ecology, statistics to agriculture.

The mission of DAPHNE is to contribute to nature conservation and environmentally sound management of the landscape through the implementation of  professional research, teaching and consulting in the field of ecology and agriculture.

The parent organization, DAPHNE - Institute of Applied Ecology, based in Bratislava, was established in 1993.
